Liquid Nicotine

Liquid nicotine is the heart of the e-cigarette. We already know that nicotine is bad, but what about liquid nicotine?

Well, regardless of how you take nicotine, it is still a highly addictive substance, in any form. Dependency on any type of substance is bad. Extensive research on the addictiveness of nicotine has been performed, and several conclusions suggest that nicotine may be equally as addictive as heroin, if not more so.

Nicotine in its purest form is a liquid. The nicotine found in traditional cigarettes and chewing tobacco is all derived from liquid nicotine. Liquid nicotine is not a “different type” of nicotine.

40-60mg of pure nicotine will almost certainly kill a human being. Even spilling concentrated nicotine onto your skin could easily kill you.

There is nothing safe about nicotine.

One Response to Liquid Nicotine

absolutely not, however what the e-cigarette does is it takes away the combusted smoke inhalation while still giving the desired amount of nicotine. As a smoker, (trying to quit) I find that when I light up a conventional cigarette, I almost feel pressured to smoke it until its gone. When I’ve used the e-cigarette I find it much easier to take a couple draws and stop when I feel satisfied, I’m convinced that I have taken in less nicotine than with a regular cigarette.
